Initially, Gotong Royong Hospital was a general polyclinic and children’s rehydration clinic (in March 1979) located on Jl. Manyar Kartika IV / 4-6 Surabaya. The General Polyclinic was started with the availability of 1 general practitioner and in 1980 it became 2 general practitioners, while the 12 bed capacity pediatric rehydration clinic was started by dr. Ignasius Supit, Sp.A who also serves as the Chairman of the Mutual Cooperation Health Foundation.
